Thimphu Thromde hereby intends to outsource the following services to the private sector:
- Annual Maintenance of potholes.
- Maintenance of water supply services.
- Maintenance of sewer network.
- Maintenance of street lighting.
- Maintenance of drains and footpaths.
- City beautification Works (Parks and gardens including street landscapes)
- Sewerage tanker services.
- Street Sweeping and drain cleanings
- Annual Schools Maintenance Works including furniture
- Operation and Maintenance of Water Treatment Plants and Sewerage Treatment Plants
